My latest client, the AA (Automobile Association) Ltd. is one of the travel industry’s leading names. Working with the project management team down at their head office in Basingstoke, my main responsibility has been to oversee the migration of all travel-related content over to their new CMS (content management system).

The project itself – working with both a brand new content strategy and CMS – has proved both challenging and extremely rewarding . Working alongside the Travel Partnerships manager, there has also been the opportunity to develop a longer-term strategy – designed to ensure a stream of high quality, relevant and stimulating content. The main aim here is to drive brand development, build traffic and enrich the user experience.
